1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Strawberries
1/4 cup Kale
1 Greek Yogurt (0% Fat)
1 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Flax Seeds
1/4 cup Water

Berries are one of the best sources of antioxidants, and this smoothie is loaded with them. The antioxidants help protect your skin against the sun’s harmful rays as well as boost collagen production – basically natural botox. The fibre and protein found in Greek yogurt will help with your skin’s elasticity and flax seeds contain Omega-3 fatty acids which reduces redness and inflammation while also rehydrating your skin.
