The 3 Course Vegan Dinner you need to experience!

The Front in Lyneham was revamped by new owners earlier this year and since then they’ve also given their breakfast a freshen up and added a curated dinner menu featuring delicious dishes to please the tastebuds as well as they eyes…

The Café Gallery is keeping up with its well-known and loved artistic flair with these must-try meals. We were treated to a lovely dinner in the Lyneham digs and recommend this 3 course for all the lovers of tasty vegan creations. 

ENTREE

KIPFLER POTATOES (VE, GF)

with burnt eggplant puree, cornichons and ash

An unsuspecting plate full of flavour, this was one of our favourite dishes and a great start to the meal.

MAIN

CAULIFLOWER (V, VEO)

with cauliflower puree, bulgogi spice and cured egg yolk

This dish was heaven and certainly a mixture of flavours we hadn’t experienced before. The presentation was also quite outstanding, given us all the artsy vibes.

DESSERT

SMOKED CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (V, GFO)

with Jerusalem artichoke puree, smoked rye crumb and raspberries

Another taste we were yet to experience. Smoked isn’t normally a word or flavour associated with dessert, but this just worked and is a great way to end dinner!
