There’s no denying that as great the break from work, the food and gifting is, getting together with the family can sometimes be stressful. Here’s a list of some delish boozy Christmas themed cocktails to get you through the day.

To a large punch bowl, add ice, Sprite, orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, Prosecco, strawberries, raspberries and mint leaves and stir to combine. Coat rims of glasses in sugar before serving.

Lime wedge, for rimming glass

Cranberries, for garnish.
In a blender, combine vodka, Prosecco, blue curaçao, lemonade, and ice. Blend until combined. Coat rims of glasses in sugar before serving.
Cranberry Gin Fizz
It’s got gin and it looks like Christmas and it tastes good. What more do you want?

Fresh cranberries, to garnish
Make the Cranberry Syrup: Simmer cranberries, granulated sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves and cranberries break down, 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in 4 sprigs fresh thyme. Cool to room temperature. Strain; discard solids.
Make the Cocktail: Combine gin, Cranberry Syrup, fresh lemon juice, elderflower liquor, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled; strain into 2 glasses. Top with ice and club soda. Garnish each drink with fresh cranberries and 1 sprig fresh thyme.

In a blender, combine vodka, Prosecco, blue curaçao, lemonade, and ice. Blend until combined.
Run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass then dip in sanding sugar.
Pour frosties into rimmed glasses and serve immediately.
Salted Caramel White Russian
I mean, it’s basically just a boozy milkshake and we can definitely get around that!
INGREDIENTS
Salted caramel sauce
Ice
Salt flakes
25ml (one shot) Salted Caramel Irish Cream
25ml Amaretto
75ml (3 shots) of half and half (milk and cream)
Take the caramel sauce and use a teaspoon to slightly drizzle it in the glass, while slowly turning the glass so you get a nice swirled effect.
Fill the glass with ice.
