Nobody Puts Baby in a Corner. We all know this line from the ultimate chick flick movie right? If you don’t – we forgive you. For now.
We’ve compiled THE list of movies to help you through the extra time we’re all facing at home. What better time than to rewatch or discover the classics we consider to be epic. If you haven’t seen any or all of these – we won’t judge.
What movies would make your list? We would love to know!
Dirty Dancing
“Nobody puts baby in a corner” is the Patrick Swayze one liner from this movie. Raise your hand if you have seen this movie 10 times. Or maybe 50. Or 100.
Devil Wears Prada
Take off your trackies and pop on your best outfit whilst fawning over all the FASHUN not to mention Meryl Streep who is the queen of the resting b@tch face.
The Bodyguard
It’s Whitney. Enough said.
PS. I love you
Bring out the tissues for this one. You laugh, you cry (most of the movie), but heck it’s good.
Cocktail
Busting out the 80’s with this young Tom Cruise classic. Remember “Kokomo” from the Beach Boys?
The Holiday
Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet (not to mention a very charming younger Jude Law) make for a warm hearted good feel kinda feeling movie. We’re also adding the Cotswolds onto our future must see travel list.
Ghost
Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore. We love this. Ditto. (get it?)
Love Actually
Always featured at Christmas, but why not re watch again and relive those feel good moments?
Thelma and Louise
When you can’t see your bestie, live vicariously through this epic movie on best friends with attitude meanwhile having a good old perv on a very young Brad Pitt.
Eat Pray Love
One’s journey of self discovery through the travels of Bali, Italy and India. Gee Julia Roberts is good.
Under the Tuscan Sun
The jaw dropping Italian landscape is second to none.
Sex and the City
We all know of a Carrie, Samantha, Miranda or Charlotte in our lives. Which one are you?
Coyote Ugly
It has sass, style and sexiness all wrapped into one. A goodie.
How to lose a guy in 10 days
The chemistry between Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey is hooooooot.
Bridesmaids
You won’t stop laughing the entire way through. And let’s face it. We all need a good laugh right about now.
Jerry Maquire
Agree to disagree but “You had me at hello” would pull at any heart strings.
The Notebook
Yes we weren’t going to forget this movie. Come on, we aren’t that cold hearted.
